Location: REMOTE Description: Our client is currently seeking a Remedy and CMDB Developer - SR Must sit or relocate to Jersey City, NJ
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Administer, develop, implement and maintain applications within the Remedy 9.x applications and higher BMC Remedy AR System. Need strong interpersonal skills to work with end-users to gather requirements, suggest solutions, troubleshoot problems, and support business needs. Ability to develop complete applications, including forms, workflow, reports, etc. within the Remedy architecture allowing for maintainability (including complete documentation and run book) and scalability across future releases. Ability to use functional and technical knowledge of Remedy to assist in quickly implementing new modules and upgrading the existing system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
4 year college degree. 5+ years of experience.
Deep knowledge of all Remedy applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Task Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, and CMDB.
Deep understanding of the CMDB. Be able to enhance work with the CMDB.
Deep understanding of the remedy email and remedy approval management functionalities, including an ability to configure and enhance them.
Understanding remedy server configuration, performance management, concepts of the integration with the external systems. Experience with the other development languages
Remedy training or minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Remedy Foundation and all basic out of the box modules
