Description: Our client is currently seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist-Contract
Position: Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Contract Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 3-12 hour days
- Weekends: Yes, every other weekend
- Holidays: As per Ministry Policy
- On-call: None
- Floating: Per Ministry Policy; may cover ER, Floors, PICU, and NICU
- Guarantee: 36 hours
- Travel expenses: Not required
- Total Beds: 150 (hospital), 60-bed ER
- Patient Population: Ages 0-26 years
- Equipment/Techs on Unit: RT techs available to assist with non-invasive treatments
- EMR: Meditech
- Scrub Color: Burgundy or Wine
- National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification
- TX RRT State License
- BLS (AHA only)
- NRP (Highly Preferred)
- PALS (Highly Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatrics, PICU, or NICU
