Job Summary

The Regional Marketing Manager will oversee and manage product, service and marketing program planning and development for multiple Service Experts Centers within a region.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with center management on strategic marketing planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns in direct support of applicable Centers' business objectives.
  • Market research planning and analysis.
  • Ensure Service Experts brand standards are consistently applied in all marketing communications.
  • Assist in the development of revenue generation consumer campaigns for applicable Service Experts Centers.
  • Review marketing performance using data from internal and external sources.
  • Review media efficiency and cost savings procurement for applicable centers.
  • Field Agency management, coordination and liaison for responsible centers.
  • Facilitate timely sharing of "best practices" among Field Agency, marketing team members and applicable centers.
  • Facilitate regular marketing reviews to ensure marketing programs and tactics are fully supporting business objectives for responsible centers.
  • Other projects and support as needed

Job Specifications

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor degree required
Minimum Experience
  • 6+ years related experience in Field Marketing
  • Marketing experience in a multi-store environment
  • Strong knowledge of marketing /advertising principles
  • Ability to manage multiple people / projects simultaneously
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Solid analytical abilities and ability interpret multiple points of data
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
  • Advertising Agency management/experience

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the ability to actively influence internal customers on marketing strategy
  • Financial Acumen: Comfortable with managing and interpreting data (campaign evaluation and MROI)

  • Leadership: Ability to manage and direct external advertising agency
  • Leadership: Ability to effectively delegate and direct tactical marketing responsibilities in accordance with marketing plans
  • Attitude: Willingness to consider and accept new ideas, responsibilities and concepts
  • Innovation: Always looking for new ideas to help improve programs, processes and systems.
  • Geographic: Should be located in reasonable proximity to responsible centers
  • General Manager Interaction: Actively consider and evaluate the input from the current center General Manager regarding media, campaign and offer mix
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a home office environment while participating as a key member of the marketing team
