Job Description:

Our client is looking for a proactive and personable Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide outstanding administrative support. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficient data entry abilities. This role offers upward mobility and opportunities for career advancement. This is a temp to hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone busy phone calls
• Perform general clerical duties
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Utilize data entry skills to input and update information accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of office experience
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
