What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in onboarding a new campaign and developing strategies to meet customer objectives, revenue, and profitability and work closely with Sales and Operations to implement and report the progress of strategies and tactics.
  • Reviews and completes all orders submitted by Sales and ensures compliance in regard to policies and procedures related to products purchased, an extension of credit, and confirmation of products sold.
  • Connects with each customer after standard product activation for dashboard overview, training, and to establish expectations for moving forward.
  • Utilize performance data to make recommendations to customer campaigns and identify additional opportunities for upsells during monthly review calls.
  • Actively monitor, analyze, prepare reports, and communicate results of product performance to customers.
  • Focus on activities that drive customer retention, including proactive outreach to clients and internal communications regarding campaign performance.
  • Works with other teams to resolve discrepancies or missing campaign data.
  • Serves as the main point of contact to customers for any questions or issues they may have related to the program and provide on-going educational information.

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Must be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
  • Must have strong analytical skills to collect, compile, organize, track, and analyze data.
  • Technically savvy and experienced in digital marketing.
  • Has knowledge and familiarity with accounts to analyze data and make recommendations based on that data.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written communication) and listening skills.
  • A highly collaborative leader and a team player, both within the company and with clients.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to quickly adapt to multiple web-based applications.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
