What You Will Be Doing - Managing all facets of estimating, contracting, & vendor relations
- Prepare, review, & approve bid packages
- Manage and facilitate quarterly performance evaluations
- Ensure that purchasing policy and procedures are accurately followed by Purchasing Associates, Division Management, & vendors
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of Purchasing experience with single family home build in Raleigh area
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management is preferred
