Your new role
Responsibilities include: inputting data, printing, filing, working with the purchasing/work order system, scheduling meetings, emails, problem-solving, and working with contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need prior office admin experience, facilities experience plus, good excel skills, must be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. You must be able to multi task.
