We are seeking an individual who wants to expand their Project Management skill set with an eye on personal career progression.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Execute strategic New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and deliver to cost, schedule, and performance goals.
  • Manage strategic initiatives through planning, implementation and execution, ensuring cross-functional participation and accountability during all phases.
  • Influence all levels of the organization.
  • Be accountable for project success through all phases of product development.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Utilize Project Management best practices to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved throughout entire project execution.
  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives thereby ensuring that they are actively working toward established milestones.
  • Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
  • Measure project performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Be responsible for risk mitigation, change management, and resource conflict resolution, among others, on all projects.
  • Communicate project status to key stakeholders throughout the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience to include seeing projects through the full life cycle and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Extensive experience with MS Project, including resource loading / leveling.
  • Familiarity with project management industry standard practices.
  • Experience with New Product Introductionand with Phase Gate Processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to execute successful hardware product solution projects.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
