Mission

We are looking for someone with project management experience. You will be trained on the company's methods of project approach and managing projects. Once trained, you will manage capital projects in the facility to achieve the objectives set by the project sponsor and the steering committee.

Key Expected Achievements

• Actively participate on a cross functional team, to include engineers and operations team to develop and execute capital projects
• To lead the project, ensuring the project approach is applied and the appropriate standards are respected

• KOI requirements and justification are satisfied, respecting the quality, cost, timing and risk management
• Change management is taken into account and produces the expected results
• Perform a self-assessment of his/her project(s) and establish progress action plans

• Other duties may include mentoring others on project standards, systems, etc.

Requirements

• Effective communication (written and oral)

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Negotiation

• Scheduling and time management

• Leadership

• Ability to form/build a team
• Bias for action
• Ability to drive actions to resolution
• Conflict management

• Technical expertise, or proven ability to learn

• Risk management

• Critical thinking and problem solving

• 3-5 years of project management experience is preferred
