Based in the DC Metro area, we are a well known construction company that has been in business for over 40 years. We have successfully completed multiple complex construction projects for education, healthcare and other community facilities. We have also won multiple awards for safety management and for best places to work.

Due to continued company growth we are hiring for a senior construction project manager who will lead a new education ground up project. We offer flexibility, a positive work environment along with a strong leadership team and we are excited to hire a talented candidate to fill this role.

What You Will Be Doing - Responsible for planning and overseeing Commercial Construction projects from concept to completion.
- You'll balance the budget, track supplies, work with subcontractors, prepare reports on job status, resolve any problems that may arise, and ensure all safety
regulations are met and permits acquired.
-Communicate and implement safety rules, policies, and procedures in support of the company's safety vision and goals to contractors and all on site, managing
project
-Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
What You Need for this Position At least 6 years Project Management experience
- Must have worked for a General Contractor for at least 4 years
- Experience working Education, Church, Healthcare, Government, Multifamily, K-12
- Experience Project Managing projects ranging from 15M+
- Ground up
- Commercial Construction
