NSPG is proud to announce that in May 2022, New England Orthopedic Specialists (NEOS), a practice of outstanding orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists, joined our team. For several decades, the team at New England Orthopedic Specialists has provided exceptional care to North Shore patients and earned a stellar reputation for excellence. We are proud that this practice has chosen to provide care as part of NSPG, and together we will continue to develop and grow our surgical and nonsurgical orthopedic program.

Our office is located at 4 Centennial Drive, Suite 201 Peabody, MA 01960.

General Overview

We are seeking a strong leader to align New England Orthopedic Specialists with the organizational mission, vision, and strategic goals of both North Shore Physicians Group and the Mass General Brigham system. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of site operations and collaboratively lead the team to achieve targets, working closely with the Administrative Director.

Qualifications
Experience

  • Required: At least 5 years experience in health care supervision
  • Preferred: 5+ years progressive management and leadership experience in physician practice or a related health care environment
Education/Degree
  • Required: Bachelors and 5 years experience with management /supervisory responsibilities in health care or non profit setting
  • Preferred: Masters in health care with > 3 years management experience
Licensure
  • Preferred: Clinical Licensure
