Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with experience working with sheet metal fabrication? *---THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE TRAVELING TO AND FROM OUR FACTORY IN TIJUANA, MEXICO. OUR OPERATIONS ARE BASED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, BUT THE PLANT YOU WILL OVERSEE WILL REQUIRE CROSSING THE BORDER DAILY TO GO TO THE JOB LOCATION IN TIJUANA ---*
What You Will Be Doing - Oversee and manage manufacturing operational areas on all aspects (Health/Safety, Production, workflow planning maintenance, etc.)
- Recommend improvements to production process and equipment as well as working conditions
- Manage employees effectively and efficiently while keeping up employee productivity
- Provide employee coaching and development while helping to boost morale
- Perform accident investigations and ensure safety and quality and balanced
- Comply with company and regulatory policies and procedures
What You Need for this Position The Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal must have at least 5 years of experience with sheet metal fabrication production, and be familiar with:

- Must have at least 3 years of acting in a leadership role in a production factory environment
- Experience with safety management planning and creating best methods to promote employee safety
- *Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish (position will involve travel to Tijuana, MX) daily*
- Employee management with training and development on manufacturing procedures and principles
- Promoting a productive, safe, and effective work environment
- Ability to read blueprints for assembling new machines and fabrication of new products
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
