The role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to partner across multiple cross-functional teams to support Chegg's key growth areas within International markets & in the subscriber journey focused on activation, engagement and churn/retention. Key to this role is having the curiosity, domain expertise and technical skills to identify growth opportunities and support roadmap to launch initiatives that address these opportunities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deeply analyze and model the user journey in International markets and work with business, product, marketing and content stakeholders to develop growth strategies based on the insights. Over time, you will be viewed as the expert who understands how to approach growth initiatives for International regions and will have the ability to influence decisions through innovative analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to design and launch initiatives, provide updates on experiment & initiative performance.
• Partner with product and other analytics teams to ensure we have visibility into all new initiatives and their impact across multiple businesses.
• Conduct deep dives into user journey and build models to understand the relationship between user behaviour, churn/retention and LTV
• Partner with other analytics teams to identify areas of growth.
• Develop analytical solutions (templates, analyses, models, dashboards) in a scalable manner.
• Present analyses and recommendations to a wide audience.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of demonstrated success in analytics and/or data science.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business or economics) required. Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Top-decile data wrangling skills; strength in SQL, R, Python for data analysis, modelling and visualization.
• Analytical toolset including understanding of statistics (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis).
• Experience with AB testing, experimentation, and app analytics is highly desired.
• Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or others.
• Experience working in cloud environment such as AWS is a plus.
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using data visualization tools like Tableau or Domo.
• Self-motivated, independent, organized and proactive, detail-oriented, highly responsive, flexible and adaptable when working across multiple teams.
• Passionate about producing high-quality analytics deliverables and communicating recommendations effectively to a broad audience.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The pay range for this position is $90,537 to $168,141. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
