Procurement Integration Project Contractor - Remote

We are working with a growing biotech organization headquartered in Boston, MA that is seeking a Procurement Integration Project Contractor to support their Procurement Department for a 2-month contract. Reporting to the Director or Procurement, this role will work:

• Transfer supplier information from newly acquired companies into the procurement system
• Ensure all suppliers have been onboarded properly
• Work directly with suppliers to better understand the services or good they provide
• Update contracts as needed
• Setup suppliers in the online portal

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of procurement experience
• Biotech or pharma industry experience is a plus
• Experience using NetSuite and Coupa is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred
