(Contingent upon available funding): 0.00 - 0.00, Commensurate with education and experience Work Schedule: Typically, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: To coordinate the procurement of goods and services and an effective andefficient manner while assuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures,and statutes. Environmental Hazards:Typical Office environmental.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 8-10 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch,reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and performrepetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Required:-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred:-Higher Education experience
- Sci-quest/automated purchasing systems experience
- Two (2) years of purchasing experience.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:Ability to work under own initiative. Plan daily activities and prioritize projects to assure the timely delivery of supplies and services. Must be competent in using good judgment to assure best methods in solicitations and procurement. Must be extremely competent in assuring all processes are free from errors, collusion and or impropriety.
