Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Receive and respond to hearing notifications for employer and claimant appeals by timely and accurately securing and registering a witness.

Prepare relevant documentation to defend against claimant appeal hearings for submission as evidence or to prepare the witness or external representative with internal evidence.

Prepare witness/representatives by providing core claimant employment information as well as detailed, specific separation details and supporting evidence (policy, behavior, training acknowledgment, witness statements, etc.).

Meet minimum quality and productivity expectations for the team.
