Essential Functions:
- Provide customer serviceto patients bygreeting patients,answering phones, scheduling appointments,responding to correspondence, maintaining patient recordsandassisting with vision tests and teaching patients how to use and care for contact lenses.
- Work directly with the Licensed Optician to assist in frame and spectacle selection, frame fitting, measurements, repairs, adjustments and dispensing.
- Keeping track of orders, prescriptions, and inventory.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High Schooldegreeor equivalent required
- 1+ years' experienceworking in a Vision center
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Organized and ability to handle multiple tasksand responsibilities
