Description: Our client is currently seeking a Privacy Business Analyst
Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):
Privacy Business Analyst with expertise in Operational Process engineering.
Outcome:
Deliver an optimized DSR (Data Subject Rights) and Privacy Incident Response end-to-end process with streamlined workflow, questionnaire, metrics, and measurements.
Duties:
Relentless focus on process improvement initiatives across Privacy Operations.
Responsible for coordination and collaboration with Privacy Operations and stakeholders
Responsible for end-to-end project delivery in an agile environment
Deliverables:
Define: Identify friction points/gaps in the current state, including but not limited to process, rules of engagement, workflow, questionnaires, metrics, and measurements.
Design: Document the current customer journey map/process with appropriate friction points and metrics in One Trust.
Deliver:
a) Future Design and deliver an optimized future state customer journey map with updated workflow, rules of engagement, questionnaires, metrics, and measurements. The future state will be a "global" privacy solution.
b) Deliver a process improvement model for Privacy Operations to follow for future work with projected time savings from the recommendations.
Preferred Requirements:
• Subject matter experience in UI process automation tools (preferably OneTrust or a similar product)
• Experienced BA in process re-engineering projects
• Data Privacy experience minimum of 3 years
