Overview
The Case Manager provides assistance to Afghan SIVs, refugees, humanitarian parolees and other qualified immigrants to ensure newcomers are connected to resources and services. The Case Manager provides intake and assessment to program participants, developing a service plan and connecting clients to appropriate agencies and resources. The Case Manager works to support individual client needs and preferences offering a range of educational, financial, medical, social, vocational, and other services and resources based on needs and client eligibility. The Case Manager will operate out of the CWS Fort Collins, Colorado office with travel to local government and community service agencies. Case Managers work directly with incoming families and will be required to complete a background check, confidentiality agreement, and training modules, treating all individuals with understanding and respect.
