Job Summary

As a BI Developer with Tower Health, you can leverage your skills in creating and managing BI solutions that turn data into knowledge.

In this role, you will field report requests and interact with customers to understand reporting needs along with developing reports or dashboards from foundation models to meet those needs. You will be a key member of the Power BI implementation and contribute to converting existing reports to Power BI.

This role involves designing and developing data analytics platforms, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions. With a solid foundation in database management, data analysis, and software engineering, the developer works on enhancing data retrieval and analysis processes. Developers at Tower Health collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The BI Developer also ensures data accuracy and provides user support, contributing to the improvement of business strategies through data insights. Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and data visualization techniques is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Experience

• Recent experience with Microsoft Power BI report writing, ideally in a Power BI enterprise environment using Power BI service. Power BI experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
