Physician - Medical Director

Location: Rivergrove, OR
Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Physician - Medical Site Director to work in Oswego, OR!

This position works Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, no nights, weekends or holidays.

90% clinical duties, 10% administrative duties

Requirements:

• Leadership that focuses on people development, specifically mentoring, training and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
• Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management.
• Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook as well as identify indicators for clinical improvement while also confirming accurate records/billing.
• Build an appropriate treatment environment throughout the center that follows State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/ WC Regulations

Qualifications:

• Board Certification/Eligibility is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in Occupational Health, Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, is preferred. Former surgeons are also welcome to apply!
• Must meet all licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
• Must possess an unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare.
