PEGA Architect - US Remote
TSG is looking for a skilled and experienced Pega Architect to conduct an in-depth assessment of existing legacy workflows and automated processes across multiple business units and technology stacks within one of the largest wireless telecommunications providers in America.

The architect will identify opportunities to migrate processes to Pega while leveraging its capabilities for process improvement and optimization. The Architect will provide technical expertise and thought leadership in Pega platform implementation and customization.

Additionally, the architect will lead and efficiently utilize a team of Business Systems Analyst to assist in project delieverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Discovery: Catalog and analyze existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Pega Platform Utilization: Evaluate opportunities to leverage Pega's features and functionalities to enhance processes.
  • Migration Strategy: Develop a phased approach for migrating processes to Pega, prioritizing high-impact areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document findings, recommendations, and proposed enhancements for future reference and decision-making.
  • Project DeliverablesComprehensive assessment report outlining identified processes, recommended enhancements, and migration strategies.
  • Roadmap for implementing proposed improvements, including timelines, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Architect-Level Pega Experience
  • Certified Pega Lead System Architect
  • Experience leading teams of BSA or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of similar work
  • Process Discovery, Platform Utilization, Migration Strategy, Stakeholder Collaboration, Documentation & Reporting
  • Experience crafting a comprehensive project plan
  • Outlining the strategy, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Assessing the existing legacy workflows and automated processes across multiple business units and technology stacks
  • Experience creating User Stories
  • Preferred Skills: Delivering requirements to an Agile Software Development team.
