Position Summary

Seeking an experienced, full time, Payroll/HR Administrator to join our team! This position will perform weekly payroll for our hourly, union employees and assist in day to day HR duties.

Responsibilities

  • Complete accurate and timely payroll for all hourly employees.
  • Identify and solve day-to-day payroll issues.
  • Assist with daily telephone coverage.
  • Help assist HR Admin with day to day HR duties.
  • Back up to HR Admin.
  • Perform all other office duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
  • At least two years payroll processing experience preferred
  • Kronos experience preferred
  • Must be very detail oriented and strive for minimal errors
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills and analytical skills
  • Strong time-management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task; attention to detail; produce accurate and timely results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
