Description:Hours for position: Monday - Friday and potentially Saturday - need flexibility to work between the hours of 5am -8pm, but will be 8-hour shifts.
- Performs at the appropriate competency at PAR level.
- Demonstrate Epic registration proficiency by working at a level of 95% every month.
- Demonstrate the ability to train New Hires on the Epic registration module used within the department.
- Understand the intricacies of Epic for investigative research and troubleshooting of registration accounts.
- Possess the ability to read and analyze patient access reports to determine possible postings of registration errors).
- Resolve incorrect account registrations.
- Participate in departmental trainings and ongoing education programs
- Perform at professional conduct standards, exemplifying core values, standards of excellence, and appropriate compliance conduct for HCH PFS departments.
- Possess the ability to coordinate PAR group meetings and monitor work as directed by a Supervisor or Manager.
- Cross trained in every area of Patient Access Services including all functions of Centralized Scheduling and Financial Counseling *
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
HS diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
