This is a new role within our marketing organization developed to own the marketing strategy and execution of our technology and developer programs and communities.

These partners build innovative solutions that plug in to our Q-SYS technology to create an enhanced experience for our mutual customers. You will develop marketing programs that are scalable and programmatic allowing us to scale our partnerships and technology.

You will own the partner marketing strategy & share the execution needs for the Technology and Developer partners. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Sr. Director of Brand and Partner Marketing to showcase the value our partners bring to the Q-SYS partner ecosystem. You will also collaborate with other key members of the marketing team (alliance marketing, brand marketing, product and platform marketing, training etc.) to ensure marketing initiatives are cohesive across the organization.
Responsibilities

Partner Marketing Responsibilities

  • Act as the marketing lead for the Q-SYS Technology and Developer Partner Programs & Communities for Developers; owning the marketing strategy and working with internal teams to execute marketing materials, web experiences, programs and events.
  • Identify, own and rollout programmatic activities to help us scale the Q-SYS partner ecosystem including marketing toolkits, messaging, and campaign elements.
  • Own co-funded marketing programs with technology partners including planning, execution, proof of execution submission and finance processes.
  • Work with the Technology, Developer, Product and Platform teams to ensure product positioning, key messaging and launch plans align with and support partner co-marketing objectives.
  • Work with Q-SYS web teams to develop a website strategy & content needs for our technology and developer partners.
  • Collaborate with our technology, developer, and training teams to determine training content curriculums required to accelerate our partners' knowledge of Q-SYS.
  • Develop partner content strategy including messaging toolkits, templates, partner solution content, and work with the Q-SYS Communications Lead on PR, blog, and social media strategy.
  • Work with internal resources and external agencies for content and design needs to support the partners.
  • Lead cross-functional team engagement with the Alliances & Ecosystem, Training, Product and Platform Marketing, Web, and Finance teams to support the Technology Partner Program, Developer Partner Program & Developer Community.
  • Consult with internal events team on event strategy, own all event project management for virtual or in-person partner events, collaborate with alliance and product & platform marketing teams on event content.
  • Own and manage finance and budget processes for your partner marketing activities.
Partner Relationship Management
  • Develop relationships with our technology and developer partners to establish collaborative marketing relationships & identify opportunities to showcase our innovation with key partners.
  • Meet with technology and developer partners to onboard them into the partner programs and manage all marketing aspects of the partner portals.
  • Work with our technology and developer partners to determine the web strategy on our partners' website properties.
  • Attend relevant industry events such as Infocomm & Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) to build partnership relationships and highlight new technologies with key partners at the events.
Marketing KPIs and Analytics
  • Set marketing KPIs and program success metrics to ensure that we are tracking ROI and the success of the program.
  • Track the website metrics for the partner programs to ensure partner engagement is on track.
  • Review web and program analytics to make constant program improvements & provide strategic direction to our Alliance & Ecosystem teams to better serve our partners.
  • Own partner satisfaction surveys to measure the effectiveness of our engagement with our partners.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5-8+ years of work experience required
  • Previous partner marketing/co-marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively influence an extended organization
  • Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with high energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to contribute in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can do spirit with an aptitude for creative-thinking and problem-solving
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams
  • Use of creative software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. a nice to have but not required
