Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking a Part-Time HR Advisor to join their New York team. In this role you will oversee recruiting processes, manage onboarding, serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries, and support benefits and payroll processes. Other day to day responsibilities will include creating HR documents, monitoring for consistency and updates in policies, supporting annual performance review and compensation processes, and supporting training and development projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with a variety of HR processes, strong relationship building and communication skills, high attention to detail, and excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
