How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Attend scheduled shift regularly and punctually ready and able to fulfill all required duties.
• Assist in the set-up of the packaging process, to include: machinery, date code printers, computers, product labels, proper vat selection, added ingredients, etc.
• Remain focused on the following priorities in all facets of the packaging process. Employee Health & Safety and Food Safety; Product Quality; Productivity.
• Adhere to and promote company policies and procedures, including: H&S, GMPs, SSOPs and SOPs.
• Efficiently package cheese into desired packaging material. Identify and communicate any out-of-spec product conditions; follow the established notification protocol.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You...

• Have 1+ years of demonstrated work experience within the food industry preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Are reliable, honest, and respectful.
• Have the ability to work scheduled hours with overtime to be expected. Schedules are determined by production and staffing needs and therefore may vary.
• Have the ability to multi-task and self-direct/self-motivate
