This position is located at the FSU Card Center as part of the Office of Business Services Department.

Responsibilities

This position will be customer facing within the FSU Card Center. Responsibilites include:

• Customer service support related to Card Center service counter - assisting customers as needed, answering phones and emails.
• Produce FSUCards, contractor cards, departmental badges, and other related cards.
• Update logs and reports.
• Received and process credit card payments for all related cards or badges.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a high volume customer service environment.
• Ability to process credit card transactions.

Anticipated Salary Range

Hourly rate $12.00/hr
