Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a hospitality organization in the Lenexa, Kansas area to look for an Operations Manager to oversee multiple teams and their supervisors across several states and markets. This candidate must have several years of proven, successful management and coaching experience.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lenexa, KS- Hybrid; Travel less than 25%

Status: Direct Hire

Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Lead Supervisors and Area Supervisors to ensure operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook for School Crossing Guards and Instruction Manual for Area Supervisors.

• Monitor budgeted hours for Lead Supervisors and Field Supervisors.

• Manage and oversee training processes for all Crossing Guards through Lead Supervisors.

• Communicate operational expectations to Lead Supervisors, Area Supervisors, and Field Supervisors.

• Identify, hire, and train Lead Supervisors.

• Assist Lead Supervisors in identifying and hiring Area Supervisors.

• Provide regular updates on field status and needs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in computer skills.

• Self-motivated and dependable.

• Reliable personal transportation and current automobile insurance.

• Ability to handle, lift, and transport equipment weighing approximately 20 pounds.

• Inventory control and storage of field equipment, administrative supplies, and employee documents.

• Completion of fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening as required.

• Full competence in performing the duties of a School Crossing Guard.
