Office Clerk
Lineage Logistics

Support warehouse and transportation with auditing and recording inbound and outbound product shipment data and updating customer orders accordingly.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound product shipments
• Edit customer orders in the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping and receiving documents
• Prepare outgoing mail and sort and distribute incoming mail
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
