YOUR ROLE

The Northeast Regional Distribution Lead is responsible for Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse distribution center operation, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of customer products for Henkel's consumer goods businesses - Laundry, Home Care and Beauty. Designed to capitalize on strategic opportunities, drive process innovation and operational excellence throughout the 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring optimum network logistics solutions.

The position will report to the Director, Logistics and Warehousing and collaborate with key internal and external business functions and stakeholders to effectively manage, identify and meet business requirements at a tactical level.

Responsibilities
*Manage and influence 3PL providers - create environment for continued high performance, day­ to-day guidance and effective performance management of the 3PL provider
*Logistics and vendor management - oversee 3PL relationship including contract accountability, ensure global compliance of quality, safety and sustainability reporting and align service level agreements with customer centric service strategy
*Financial management - cost management, corrective invoice process, physical inventory, identify variances, improvement opportunities and risk in storage and handling costs in all areas of spend, forecast responsibilities as well as P&L ownership including reconciliation of invoices
*Performance management - drive performance management culture, (ex. KPl's & Key Success Factors) for all warehouse operations (load readiness, receiving timeliness, inventory accuracy, order pick accuracy, etc.) and implement "CAPA" corrective action preventative action cycle to address areas of sub-optimal performance
*Ownership and management of all relevant processes and tools to ensure effective warehouse distribution management - improve all relevant operating processes, adhere to standards requirements and evaluate cost efficient operating tools
*Critical thinking and analysis of performance data and trends; align, develop and implement proactive and corrective actions based on analysis.
*Henkel customer relationships - optimize order cycle and flow of product, meet demand plans, primary interface between Henkel NA and 3PL for day to day and tactical planning and partner with internal Customer Service to develop collaborative customer centric solutions that optimize order execution and logistics activities

YOUR SKILLS

*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant subject)
*5+ years management level experience in Operations/ Supply Chain within the CPG Industry
*Proven operations management execution and experience within warehouse/distribution
*Extensive knowledge of network design and logistics
*Intermediate knowledge of automation technologies, autonomous maintenance, lean principles
*Experience implementing performance driven culture while leading and motivating a high­ functioning team
*SAP experience - Intermediate to advanced
*WMS experience - Intermediate to advanced
*Demonstrated Root Cause Analysis
*Demonstrated indirect influence skills

Thesalary for this role is $89,900.00 - $131,700.00. This is the range that we ingood faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. Wemay ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
