We are currently seeking Night Shift Fab/Weld Supervisors to join our team in Fargo. In this role, you will be responsible for p lanning, implementation, and maintenance of the manufacturing activities of a specific area. The Supervisor ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand.
• Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature.
• Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and/or assembly.
• Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
• Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree and some weld/fab experience OR Associates degree and 3 or more years of experience in welding/fabrication OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 or more years of experience in welding/fabrication
• Position pays 59,500 to 70,000

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing manufacturing processes
