  • Serve as frontline lead in configuring routers, switches, and network devices.
  • Assist IT staff on various projects including inventory, system migrations, software implementation, and installation of new hardware across campus workstations.
  • Administer Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Maintain system backups and network documentation.
  • Provide technical support to all team members and students.
  • Update campus servers and network devices
  • Implement and maintain network security.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in Computer Networking or related field OR equivalent related work experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of network technologies including but not limited to: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, File/print services, IIS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree in relevant field AND two years relevant work experience.
  • Network+, Cisco Certification, or equivalent certifications.
