Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is a rapidly growing Insurance agency with an eye towards continual improvement. MMA is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead national Marketing and Communication efforts.

A common day in the life of an MMA Project Manager includes navigating complex processes, working directly with a variety of stakeholders, and leading initiatives through the entire project management life-cycle. The Project Manager will work closely with the various MarComm teams and drive collaboration with additional MMA departments and vendor partners.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible to ensure that the projects/campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the project success outcomes.

Essential Tasks

Project Management

• Be enthusiastic, professional, and confident while maintaining a focus on success
• Communicate project status to all teams and involved parties; escalate when appropriate
• Organized, responsive, and require accountability
• Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders
• Support and/or coordinate business process reviews and requirements gathering
• Manage time and resource constraints
• Create detailed project plans and track progress
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate project activities
• Identify, record, document and track issues
• Bring a solutions-oriented perspective when faced with project hiccups or delays
• Maintain executive project dashboard and provide high-level project updates to the leadership team

• Proven project management work experience, including complex initiatives with various impacts and integration points
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and processes
• Desire to expand industry education
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive communication
• Hands-on experience with various project methodologies
• Ability to work with and influence a wide range of cross-functional work teams and leaders
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Insurance and/or MarComm industry experience desired
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities
• Project Management certifications (such as PMP) preferred
• Experience with Wrike preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot a bonus

• This position is a remote, work from home, requiring an environment conducive to driving team audio/visual meetings on a regular basis
• Position requires periods of travel as needed, up to 10%
• Offices locations may be available in various US cities
• Extended work hours required on occasion
