HCM Systems Manager

Major Responsibilities

  • Serve as Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Human Capital Management (HCM) expert and system consultant
  • Provide system consulting to business process SMEs/Owners (i.e. Absence Management, Compensations, Core HCM (ESS/MSS) and Benefits)
  • Manage process with cross-functional team for all new releases/patches.
  • Oversee the team (Sr HRIS Analysts) that provides Tier 3 (system SME) technical support and assist with solutioning when needed.
  • Core configuration support across HCM modules (e.g. benefits, absence, compensation, etc.)
  • Manage evaluation and prioritization of HR technology requests.
  • Serve as Relationship Mgr between HRIT team and IT function, especially with developing and supporting system integrations.
  • Together with the Sr Manager, HCMS, help to manage and coordinate large system implementations and system updates including project management, design and testing for Oracle Cloud patches, new releases, etc.
  • Oversee team (Sr HRIS Analysts) responsible for data governance process
  • Drive digital adoption thru extensive change management practices (such as internal marketing/communications, stakeholder group management, etc)
  • Responsible for researching and evaluating new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
  • Other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
  • BA/BS Computer Science, Engineering or Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • 8 - 10 years HR technology system administration
  • Experience with Oracle HCM system administration and/or other Cloud applications
  • 5+ years Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM system administration experience
  • Strong HR process knowledge in multiple specialties (i.e. Benefits, Core HR, Absence, Compensation)
  • Project management experience (i.e. Implementation; Upgrades; New Releases)
  • Experience in database management, business analytics or development
  • Ability to create/modify moderate to complex Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise (OBIE) reporting
  • Familiarity with developing and updating fast formulas within the Oracle Cloud platform
  • Prior experience implementing an HCM Cloud solution is strongly preferred
  • Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) skills, a plus
  • Oracle HCM Implementation Certifications
  • REST services API creation
