What We Are Looking For

The Manager, Group Products is responsible for the P&L for their product portfolio in support of revenue and financial goals. They lead, nurture and develop a team of product managers responsible for developing & executing global product line strategies.

What You Will Do
  • Product Strategy and Execution: Develops and executes global product strategies including roadmaps aligned with targeted markets, regions, verticals and customers.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Leads the execution of all stages of the product lifecycle across multiple product lines.
  • Financial Performance: Establishes pricing strategies to remain competitive and achieve margin targets. Identifies and initiates cost reductions to achieve financial targets.
  • Team Leadership: Empowers and develops the team.
  • Customer and Market Needs: Acts on customer needs to develop requirements that are valued in the market and solve customer problems. Highly skilled at collecting Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
  • Competitor Analysis: Leads competitive analysis activity including product Value Proposition, Competitive Landscape, Market sizing and share, and Pricing.
  • P&L: Leads the fiscal monitoring of the product portfolio including quarterly updates and financial performance review in support of business strategy.

What You Will Bring
  • Required Degree: Undergraduate degree required
  • Preferred Degree: Engineering, science or related technical field; MBA preferred.
  • Years of Experience: 10 or more years
  • Years of management experience required: 5
