What you'll do:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify mechanical systems
  
• Operate and maintain the can line
  
• Using precision measuring tools, you'll work with close tolerances up to .0010
  
• Monitor the quality of the product and line efficiency
  
• Suggest ways to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
  

We need you to have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
  
• 2+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic
  
• Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
