Compensation: Mechanic A: $28.00 - $32.00
Mechanic B: $24.00 - $28.00
Mechanic C: $20.00 - $24.00

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager a Maintenance Mechanic performs highly skilled preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on motor coaches to minimize downtime in a cost effective, safe, timely manner and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide routine and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other breakdowns or failures
- Repair our fleet of luxury motor coaches and minibuses
- Complete paperwork in accordance with company and Federal guidelines
- Perform all other service tasks as directed by the Director of Maintenance/Maintenance Manager
Qualifications:
- Class A Mechanic - 5+ years of diesel mechanic experience working on buses, trucks, or heavy equipment
- Class B Mechanic - 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience working on buses, trucks, and heavy equipment
- Class C Mechanic - Entry level
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to work flexible schedules including shift work, weekends, and holidays
- Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or assist with lifting up to 70 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and written
