SUMMARY

Daily tasks to include a variety of inventory control functions: performing cycle counts, researching inventory related ERP transactions, executing inventory relocation projects, performing inventory discrepancy investigations while ensuring inventory accuracy and accurate record keeping. Kitting of all raw material to be used in production orders based on WO requirements. Issuing materials towards jobs using ERP system to maintain accurate inventory levels and lot control.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Physically locating and counting materials
* Performing inventory variance investigations using ERP system and working with other departments or team members to identify and correct issues
* Transferring inventory within the factory

* Ensure inventory storage areas are labeled and organized

* Examine work orders requirements to determine required parts and materials

* High degree of accuracy pulling correct material, counting parts, measuring / cutting material
* Accurately track and record all scrap materials

* Interact with other departments to resolve WO discrepancies as needed

* Ensuring the utilization of FIFO and maintaining lot control
* Ensure company standard work practices and procedures are followed

* Maintain orderly, clean, and safe work area and actively promotes 5S practices
* Must be a good problem solver

* Regular and predictable on-site attendance

*Other duties as required in support of the department and the company*

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBLITIES

* This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Carlisle IT Snoqualmie is a clean facility housing different kinds of machinery, equipment, processes, and chemicals which produce potential hazards in the work environment such as: ergonomic, chemical, and machine point of operation. These hazards are controlled through means of engineering controls, such as machine guarding, and administrative controls, such as safety policies and programs. In certain areas of the facility, employees are required to wear Personal Protective equipment such as safety glasses, hand protection, lab coats, and clean room attire.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

* Clear ANSI Z87.1 safety rated glasses are required for the job when in the manufacturing areas
* Lab Coats are required in all production areas
* Gloves must be worn before touching any product
* Clean Room attire (frock, hair net, beard net, foot covers, gloves, safety glasses) will occasionally need to be worn.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two (2) years of relevant experience in Inventory Control role.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

* Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
