Integrated Marketing drives the development and execution of Absence related marketing strategies and plans that support profitable growth and retention. Success is measured by profitable growth relative to plan, effectiveness of marketing programs and managing to expectations for all initiatives/projects.

GENERAL PURPOSE
• Manage and complete projects that support development and execution of strategies
• Support the development of marketing communications plan and execution

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execution of broker, client and customer marketing strategies and best practices
• Lead the tactical execution of assigned marketing campaigns and project manage key marketing initiatives with multiple COEs and stakeholders
• Support development of marketing communication strategy and plans and work closely with marketing communications to ensure appropriate plan alignment with Group priorities and deliverables.
• Identify metrics, including ROI, for all business activities, measure results, and capture and apply the learnings for continuous improvement
• Identify and leverage best practices and share across segments and businesses for greater success

Qualifications
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL OFFER

• BS degree in Marketing or equivalent field.
• 4+ years' experience in Marketing environment
• 2+ years' experience working in the Group insurance industry
• Basic data and market research analysis skills
o Ability to manage and lead multiple projects
o Comfortable working across several engagements at the same time playing support role on one project while leading another
• Strong oral and written communications
• Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals
