Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced marketer to join our Category Marketing Team. As a member of the Category Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Baby Category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management efforts for the innovation pipeline within the Baby category.
• Conduct comprehensive consumer research to gain insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and purchasing behaviors.
• Lead the development of product claims for the baby category, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, consumer insights and regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform innovation pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, product design, finance, market insights, and sales.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of product marketing & strategy experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in project management and product innovation within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
