Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our Global Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will shape the narrative of our products, overseeing the entire marketing lifecycle for our innovative smart home and networking solutions. Your strategic approach will drive product sales growth through impactful marketing strategies. Collaborate with our dynamic team to nurture and unleash creative potential in an environment ripe for innovation. Your comprehensive understanding of the market and our technology will be the compass guiding our marketing endeavors, ensuring consistent delivery of cutting-edge solutions that culminate in user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of IMC programs for new products for home networks and smart homes, managing budget, strategy, marketing tempo, campaigns, communication results, and monitoring.
  • Integrate PR, social media, digital media, the official website, ecommerce, events, and other channels to enhance product & brand exposure and reputation while driving sales conversion.
  • Stay abreast of social trends, formulate creative marketing ideas, and enhance product and brand popularity through natural traffic using event marketing and high-quality content marketing.
  • Plan user operation activities to increase private traffic and user loyalty and drive product sales.
  • Develop brand marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and consideration according to business needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of IMC experience, preferably with successful cases and senior expertise in consumer electronics marketing and brand marketing.
  • Possess a keen sense of market and user insights, combining product selling points and user scenarios and transforming insights into marketing opportunities.
  • Excellent resource integration, cross-departmental communication and coordination, project promotion and implementation skills, and management experience are preferred.
  • Demonstrated traits include curiosity, creativity, keen awareness of social trends, and expertise with social media and best practices.
  • Excellent marketing copywriting, user empathy, and aesthetics.
  • Proven ability in project coordination
