Description:
Marketing Communication Specialist:
- Assist with translation projects and work directly with translation supplier
- Help manage projects with external documentation supplier and technical writers
- Work with internal Marketing Communications Specialist for backup on PLM system Other duties as assigned
- Preparation and routing marketing materials for approval in content management system.
- Review and approval of product labeling documentation
- Alignment with cross functional stakeholders, including technical and regulatory, to expedite asset approval
- Experience min - Bachelors in science, business or related field.
- 2 yrs min experience in healthcare or life science industry
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative skills - gaining alignment and facilitating consensus
- Experience in regulated industry, preferably healthcare/FDA
- Written communication (job will require cross functional collaboration via email and in content management system)
- Proficient in MS office applications
