Reports to (Title): Senior Manager - Programs & Joint Use

The base salary range for this position is $88,640.00 to $115,232.00 and is dependent upon experience

JOB SUMMARY:
Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, and other relationships:
Manages various programs and projects on behalf of the Affiliates of Iberdrola USA with objectives of timely and cost-effective completion.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
1. Provides leadership on various programs and projects. The initial focus of this position will be to manage projects associated with the organization's capital investment program and to represent Affiliates of Iberdrola USA before various governmental and/or regulatory entities in matters related in compliance with regulatory directives.
2. Prepares plans and budgets for programs and projects. Monitors progress against plans and reports to senior management.
3. Coordinates efforts of cross-functional project teams. Hold regular program/project status meetings.
4. Is the lead team member concerning accomplishing day-to-day goals and provides expertise and immediacy of decision-making. Holds project team members accountable for results.
5. Provides linkage to executives for decision-making outside of day-to-day program/project team activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years relevant experience required.
• Microsoft Suite.
• At least 3 years of experience with federal and state policy related to competitive markets and transmission services.
