What you'll do...

As a Market Real Estate Execution Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of your dedicated market. We are seeking adaptable, self-motivated individuals with a passion for leadership and a proven track record of success in facilities maintenance, construction management, retail management, store planning, engineering, and architecture, etc. to join our team.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Realty Execution projects (for example, construction and store set-up for new stores, remodels, expansions, and special projects) for a diverse portfolio of properties in assigned markets by providing direction to team and overseeing third-party relationships; maintain budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and coordination of project events and internal and external resources; accurately interpreting building codes; reviewing and resolving escalated issues (for example, scheduling issues, onsite construction issues); leading disaster recovery for stores damaged by hurricanes, fires, tornados, and other natural disasters; overseeing program schedules for completion within approved timelines; managing third-party performance and quality; overseeing quality assurance programs and guidelines (for example, reviewing out-to-bid readiness, permitting, project completion, construction design standards) to ensure projects are completed on time and inspections are passed; and ensuring team is compliant with documentation requirements for project data and milestone information. Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders, and soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Train, assist and support club management in the designated market with follow-up around work order completion, understanding, addressing and escalating priorities as needed, working with club management in facility ownership and instilling processes focused on preventative maintenance to drive club efficiency.
  • Drive compliance with laws and regulations for construction programs by overseeing acceptable standards of performance for contractors and suspending non-compliant work, ensuring resolution of noncompliance, and enforcing regulatory standards in company programs (for example, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) refrigerant handling compliance). Drive compliance with local regulatory authorities such as health department and insurers all company standards are met and followed.
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices.
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, and building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results.
  • Maintain relationships and support internal stakeholders by identifying improvement opportunities and recommending enhancing the performance of assets; improving the facility programs efficiency, performance, and facilitating corrective action plans.
  • Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
  • Drive financial sustainability and cost optimization for facilities by developing, presenting, approving, and managing budgets up to authorization spend for capital and operational expenses; prioritizing spend in collaboration with operations; approving and negotiating contracts, proposals, invoices, and expenses; determining and proposing people resource requirements based on workload, cost, and company growth; analyzing vendor cost discrepancies and fraud; and assisting in preparing reports to summarize information for business analysis and decision making (for example, expense accruals, outstanding invoices).
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in construction management, retail management, store planning, engineering, architecture, or a related field OR 5 years of experience in construction management, retail management, store planning, engineering, architecture, or related field
  • Ability to travel throughout the Market as needed (roughly 50%), some overnight travel required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
