Holman is looking for Manager, Commercial Risk & Insurance Leader (Automotive)
What will you do?
- Manage the North American (US and Canada) daily operations of Accident Management (Claim Management, Insurance, and Subrogation) and Driver Services (Online Safety Training Program, Fringe, and Motor Vehicle Records)
- Hire, develop, and motivate Supervisors and employees to full potential
- Responsible for the departmental revenue & costs (direct & indirect)
- Support all Accident Management/Driver Services related initiatives, including liaisons with Product Mgmt, and IT for system enhancements/updates
- Responsible for maintaining the overall relationship between departments and programs with clients and vendors
- Responsible for documentation of and compliance with Federal Credit Reporting Act, Canadian Revenue Agency and Internal Revenue Service requirements, California Consumer Privacy Protection Act, and other state/provincial regulations
- Provides strategic vision to the Accident Management and Driver Services teams, which aligns with the objectives of the organization.
- Manage, develop, and search out new vendor relationships to support Holman's operations by providing better service and lower cost to its customers
- Oversee maintenance of operational systems
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Understanding of the Insurance Industry, as well as Body Shop vendor operations
