Maintenance Foreman 3rd Shift
Position Summary:
Martin Marietta Magnesia Specialties, LLC Woodville Ohio facility is seeking an experienced maintenance shift foreman to oversee the planning, organization, and direction of a mechanical maintenance team, with a focus on continuous improvement of the predictive/preventative maintenance systems. Duties include coordination of repairs, troubleshooting of plant systems, execution of plant projects, and overall team leadership of the assigned shift.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years in an industrial maintenance environment
- Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is desirable
- Working knowledge of millwright tasks such as rigging equipment for heavy lifts, repair of machines and equipment, and adjusting clearances and alignment of moving parts is desirable
- Strong planning, problem solving, troubleshooting, communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Microsoft/ERP proficient
- Ability to work some off shifts and weekends
- Supervision in a union environment is desirable
