The energetic and dynamic nursing team provides high quality, patient centered care for those who do not require critical care nursing, but who have complex cardiovascular conditions. These patients commonly have the diagnoses of CHF, ACS, AMI, dysrhythmia, or syncope.

Responsibilities

Job Duties

• The LPN coordinates specialty clinics and administers direct nursing care to assigned patients under the direction and supervision of an RN and the Nurse Manager.
• Reports directly to the Nurse Manager, Ambulatory Practices.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Post High School Diploma Program

Experience

• 1+ years preferred

Certification and Licensure

• PA Practical Nurse License
• BLS Certification
