What You Will Be Doing Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Maintain & foster positive relationships with customers and business partners.
Able to make proactive recommendations.
Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
Provide professional communication in both oral & written expression.
Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining high degree of accuracy.
Detailed understanding mortgage banking operations, workflow, and processes.
Knowledge of mortgage and banking regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to seek out and offer business oriented solutions.
Experience supporting business use of software products. (Encompass HIGHLY preferred).
Project management experience.
Proactively seeks feedback on performance and makes changes accordingly.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Takes ownership for the successful completion of projects and tasks.
Able to work productively with others to ensure the successful completion of assignments.
Represents the Bank in a professional and responsible manner at all times.
What You Need for this Position Summary of Essential Job Functions

As Senior Business Analyst, youll report to Atom Tickets Director of Engineering and be responsible for making sense of large data sets with statistical models, data visualization and more. You will find the insight that 10xs our business in some aspect that the rest of us simply arent equipped to see. You will work with virtually every functional organization at Atom, including product, engineering, marketing, business development and operations which means youll have access to a slew of very different challenges and data sets to conquer.
