Beacon Hill Legal is in search of a Litigation Paralegal for a national law firm in Geneva, IL!

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location: Geneva, IL

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Office Environment: Join a supportive and close-knit office environment in Geneva, IL!

Training Opportunity: This role offers the opportunity to train with a senior paralegal at the firm, providing valuable professional growth and mentorship.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in managing document productions
• Maintain case files and update discovery logs and indices
• Assist with deposition and hearing preparation, including identifying and gathering exhibit documents and creating witness outlines
• Coordinate with Litigation Support Group for back-end database management using Relativity

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of law firm experience, preferably in litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience with Relativity (and other eDiscovery software) preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and respond quickly to changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with ProLaw, Westlaw, and/or Everlaw preferred
